Working as a Commercial Director at Gartner, Molly leads a team of six business development professionals across the North American mid-size market segment. Currently, her team helps Chief Legal Officers, General Counsel, Compliance & Ethics Leaders, as well as Heads of Data Privacy and ERM work faster, smarter, prepare for the future, and achieve better business outcomes.

Previously, Molly spent a number of years working within Gartner's Quality program, helping quality assurance executives with their Closed-Loop Customer Experience Improvement Process, to collect actionable customer data and prioritize customer issues.

As a top business development representative for the Large Enterprise Segment in Gartner Business Sales y-o-y, Molly works to challenge her customers to think bigger (and simpler) about how best to impact corporate objectives, with a passion for root-causing and issue resolution. Day-to-day, she demonstrates a consistent pattern of being driven from within, with a core belief in enterprise contribution and the understanding that together, we are stronger then we are alone. 

Molly is a music junky (any and all tunes will do!), and in her spare time enjoys teaching Yoga at CorePower and dancing her way through life.
