As a Customer Success Consultant, Monique A Jacobs, provides her clients exceptional service that leaves them better than they started.  Her career began in sales 20 years ago. She has been a Service Consultant, Account Manager, Sales Manager and Entrepreneur.  Monique joined Staples 3 years ago as a B2B rep then moving into CSC role.  Each position focused on understanding the need behind the need; to find a solution that exceeded her customer’s expectation.  Working with state and local government, school, and corporations, has given her a vast knowledge of each industry.

She has built a reputation by listening, paying attention to detail, thinking outside the box and building relationships.  Monique is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients while ensuring integrity “always”. A perfect balance that has produced satisfied customers year over year and ranked her top consultant within her organization.  Outside of the office she loves gardening, learning Italian, pushing the limits of learning and spending time with family.
