Nick Johnson is the Manger, Consumer Affairs at Bentley Motors, Inc. In that role, he oversees Bentley’s customer call center, customer concern management, and the customer experience measurement program in the US and Canada. As an attorney, he manages consumer litigation against Bentley. In addition, Nick brought together and manages an integrated product support, parts support and warranty administration team to ensure a luxury customer experience is achieved. Previously he worked in various analytical and program management roles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Nick graduated magna cum laude from American University with a B.A. in Political Science and holds a Juris Doctor from the George Mason University School of Law where he was a research editor on the National Security Law Journal and a member of the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal.
