Orson is currently a customer engagement manager at Akamai Technologies, which serves one-third of the world's internet. A veteran cloud services professional, he leads teams of architects, engineers and support staff through some of the world's largest online application deployments. He's worked with development teams from Apple, Microsoft, Hulu, Twitter, Fox and others to scale and deliver their most important product launches.
Past experiences include software development, oilfield services, and military leadership as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Orson is thrilled to lend his expertise to UCI's CX program.
