Peter has been leading organizations within the commercial and corporate real estate industry for nearly 20 years.  Most recently he has been focused on transforming a 140 team to improve the workplace experience for his Fortune 500 client, a leading provider of management and technology consulting services to the US government in defense, intelligence, and civil markets. He acts as a trusted adviser to his client providing creative and innovative strategies to meet their complex objectives.

Peter had two prior roles at CBRE. He led Advisory Services in the Americas, a 100-person team of consultants, data scientist and analyst. In this role, Peter led the acquisition of Forum Analytics in 2015, greatly expanding CBRE's analytical capabilities. Prior to 2015 he served as the head of strategy for a 160-person team serving a financial corporation among the largest issuers of major brand bankcard products worldwide.

Peter began is real estate career spending nearly ten years with The Staubach Company in Dallas. There he worked his way up to being a member of the retail division Executive Committee, after managing the operations of a brokerage region, leading a corporate services group, and transforming the national research team into a world-class organization.
