Customer Experience, while called different things over the years has been a main focus of mine throughout my career. I have had the opportunity to work with global clients, both small and large to create CRM programs that are rooted in data and analytic strategy. These programs have kept the customer experience at the forefront and delivered exceptional ROI for both big and small brands to include but not limited to America's Test Kitchen, McDonald's Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. Currently, I am with the Virginia Lottery working to develop an agency-wide customer experience program.
