Rhea George joined AIA Virginia in September 2007 and currently serves as the Managing Director. With a passion for the built environment and sustainable design, she works daily to elevate the understanding of architecture and its influence on our lives, our communities, and our world.

Since 2016, she has also served as the Executive Director of AIA Richmond. A Virginia native, George attended James Madison University and has lived in Richmond since 1994. She is married to Chris George and has four children.
