Rochelle Campbell is an accomplished board recruiter, leader, trainer, writer, and speaker focusing on governance, policy, and board succession and composition planning with an end-to-end approach. She leads NACD’s Board Recruitment practices where she has placed directors across companies for F500 to micro-cap, types, and industries; almost 85% have been diversity candidates.

Rochelle speaks nationwide on governance, board recruitment related topics, personal branding and positioning, and has advised more than a thousand directors on leading board practices. She has coached over 500 military flag and general officers (1-4 stars), helping them to successfully transition their military experience into the private sector. She is a member of the NACD NXT steering committee, helping to align board with diversity, inclusion, and innovation.

Rochelle has been a columnist for Directorship Magazine and holds a Master of Science from George Mason University, School of Public Policy. She serves as the chair of the nominating and governance and on the communications committee on the board of Child Steps International, a nonprofit working with children in Liberia.
