Ryan is the Vice President of Client Services for Selective Insurance. He has spent 24 years in the insurance industry in claims, contact centers, finance, agency solutions and underwriting. He previously worked for Farmers Insurance and Erie Insurance.

He has been recognized for his work in customer experience, analytics and self-service solutions. Ryan has an MBA from Oklahoma City University and his BA in History from Ohio Wesleyan.
