Shawn is a Senior Director with Merkle’s Audience Analytics group and has more than 10 years of Analytics and Marketing measurement experience on the agency and client side. He specializes in digital data and analytics to help brands deliver relevant content to the right target audiences.
He currently leads Digital Media, CRM and Marketing Technology consulting engagements providing strategic direction and creating analytics solutions to grow sales and increase brand awareness. Additionally, he is the Vertical Lead within Merkle specifically responsible for audience strategy and customer analytics for Travel, Media and Entertainment clients.
Previously he led the digital analytics team at Vonage, a telecommunications software provider, where he worked with the Marketing team and C-level executives to optimize their mature B2C business and grow their newly acquired B2B business.
Shawn has an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
