Shweta is a Sales Professional at ServiceNow with focus on DHS agencies. Through her role as a trusted advisor to the customer, she works closely with the enterprise platform, in collaboration with business and technology leaders across ServiceNow, closely monitors technology trends, assesses their impact on mission attainment of DHS agencies, advises on prototypes, evaluates new concepts, and recommends new strategies and solutions that are congruous with DHS wide initiatives and mission goals. Customer focus and Experience is 1 of her key areas of expertise.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, she lead digital transformation & cloud strategy programs at Fannie Mae & Verizon and has over 12 years of industry experience in leading teams within operations, engineering & platform services. Shweta graduated from the ITSMF executive leadership program while at Fannie Mae.
She received a Masters Degree in Telecommunications from SUNYIT & a Bachelors degree in production engineering. Shweta is a member of PMI & IEEE and currently serves as advisory member for the DHS wide events.
