Steve serves as the Director of Customer Support for the International Mission Board in Richmond, VA. He brings a perspective shaped by 20 years in information technology and more than 25 years working in the non-profit sector. Steve is an active member of HDI, the leader in support, service, and guidance to the IT technical support and service management industry.

He is passionate about elevating the customer experience and is excited to serve on the CX Advisory Board at the University of Richmond.
