Steve Walker is a passionate business leader with a focus on professionalism, integrity, and creating appropriate business solutions. A large amount of Steve’s time is spent working with clients on how to evolve their businesses to take advantage of today’s digital transformation trends.

With over 23 years of business and technology consulting, Steve has played many roles including innovation center director, practice leader, senior manager, thought leader, project manager, subject matter expert, technical architect, and business analyst. His experience has included business strategy, customer experience, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Steve currently is focusing on how business needs to evolve to take advantage of new digital and evolving technology trends (such as machine learning, edge computing, customer experience management and Lean adoption). His background has included Digital Experience, Content Management, Software Engineering, Content Marketing, Collaborative Technologies, Language Services, Knowledge Management, Social Consulting, and other business disciplines.

Several of Steve’s notable client successes include Microsoft, GE Lighting, Circuit City, General Dynamics IT, Apple, ChildFund, AllState Insurance, Dell, International Monetary Fund, Desert Schools Federal Credit Union, Salem Web Networks, and CFA Institute. Steve graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1992 with a double major in Finance and Economics and a minor in Computer Science.
