An innovator and leader in achieving customer success within the Public Sector, Tanya currently serves as a Sales Development professional in the Public Sector domain for Salesforce. Generating new business and demonstrating value to government agencies in gaining the best customer experience by leveraging the Salesforce platform. Prior to Salesforce, Tanya served in a Customer Service leadership role for the City of Alexandria, VA where she was responsible for developing and delivering customer centric services for the City’s 311 contact center.
In her role at the City, Tanya was also responsible for developing the City’s 311 training program. Tanya has a certification in Quality Service from The Disney Institute and is constantly looking for way to remain abreast of new standards in internal and external service delivery.
