Terrance King is the Chief Operating Officer at National Children's Center, where he is responsible for the successful administration and management of the overall business operations and risk management functions of the organization. NCC is a nonprofit organization, supporting the needs of children and adults within the Washington DC area.

Prior to the work in the nonprofit world, Terrance spent 28 years in the insurance field, in various capacities, (claims, insurance agent, sales leader and more). He spent his first twenty years with one of the top four carriers in the industry.  His last role was Regional Vice President for the states of DE, MD and VA with a smaller

Terrance holds a B.S. degree from James Madison University.
