Tim Bicha is an Executive Vice President of the Mortgage Servicing Client Contact Team. In this role, Tim is responsible for all client communication and interactions in support of Truist mortgage servicing operations. This includes customer service call center, correspondence, escalations and dispute operations as well as defining and improving the client experience. Prior to his current role, team has spent the last 20 years of his career in financial services in a variety of risk management and operational leadership roles.
Tim and his wife Lisa live in Doswell, Va. In his spare time Tim enjoys volunteering on the board of Virginia Equine Welfare Society (VEWS) in supporting the rescue, rehabilitation, training and adoption of horses in need.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian History from University of Minnesota and a Masters of Business Administration from St. Thomas University.
