Tim is responsible for leading and managing Citizens’ Commercial Real Estate business for the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest regions of the United States. Based in Washington, D.C., he oversees offices in Atlanta (from which Citizens also covers Florida), Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. Tim is also a member of the bank’s Executive Leadership Group.
He has been with Citizens for more than 12 years and has more than 30 years of experience in banking. His team finances billions of dollars annually in new loans -- construction, value-add, acquisition, mini perm and perm -- for mainly Class A properties, including multi-family, office, retail, industrial and some hospitality.
