I was born in Manchester, Connecticut and lived in CT until joining the United States Navy in 1980. In 1996 I married my beautiful Elena. After serving 21 years in the Navy I retired as a Chief Perry Officer in 2001.  I hold a Bachelors degree from Saint Leo University in Criminal Justice / Homeland Security.  In 2006 I became the Executive Director and franchise  owner of BNI Virginia Peninsula. BNI is the largest and most successful business referral organization in the world. Currently BNI is in 73 countries, has over 300,000 members in 9,100 chapters. In the BNI Virginia Peninsula region we started with 6 chapters and 133 members in 2010. 

With significant effort from my team of Directors and Ambassadors as well as our outstanding members, we were able to grow the region up to 19 chapters with upwards of 385 members.  BNI, over a period of time, has become our customers best client as the relationships are built on trust and confidence with each member.
