Tony Jimenez, is the award-winning Founder, President and CEO of MicroTech, one of the most successful Hispanic and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses in the nation. Born in Virginia into a family of modest means, his incredible drive, work ethic and love of IT have led to his recognition as a top leader in technology.
A tireless advocate for STEM and Veterans issues, Tony, a Retired Army Officer with more than 24 years of Active Military Service, has served as an Appointee in both the Bush and Obama Administrations. Among his many recognitions are “Executive of the Year,” “Most Influential Hispanic in IT,” “Entrepreneur of the Year,” “Small Business Person of the Year,” and “CEO of the Year” by several national organizations, and has been honored by The Hispanic Heritage Foundation with the Hispanic Heritage Award for Technology, and is the recipient of the 2016 Reginald F. Lewis Lifetime Achievement Award. |
