Tony Katsarelis has been providing an exceptional customer experience for over 25 years in both education and data center industries. In his current role, he provides support for service delivery, technical issues, and day-to-day management as a Technical Account Manager for Select Colocation customers at Flexential.  Tony owns communication, coordination, and facilitation of support activities between his customers and Flexential departments ensuring a stellar customer experience.

​Tony holds a BS in Mathematics from Longwood University and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University in addition to certificates in both Data Centre Management and ITIL in IT Service Management.
