Billy Chenault
VP CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Billy Chenault brings his passion for developing lasting relationships and innovative solutions to his role as Vice President of Customer Experience and Emerging Businesses. His knowledge and experience provide valuable insight as Luck continues to focus on leadership development, strategy alignment, financial health, capital allocation, growth strategy, culture and brand.

Billy began his career with the company in 1985 as a Sales Representative. Since then, he has served as a Regional Sales Manager, General Manager and Vice President. Today, Billy and his team are responsible for our customers’ experience and new business development, which includes Luck Stone’s environmental product division, Luck Ecosystems.

A graduate of Elon College with a B.S. in Business Administration, Billy currently serves on Elon’s Chandler Professional Sales Center Board and has served as a Board Member for the Richmond Area Municipal Contractors Association (RAMCA), the Virginia Ready-mix Contractors Association (VRMCA) and as Chairman of the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance’s Marketing Committee.
