Yasmeen Burns is a Senior Principal at The Clearing that leads all Customer Experience Transformations efforts across the public and private sector. She has helped organizations transform from reacting to customer requests to anticipating customer growth. Her expertise is helping leaders and their people anticipate growth, align their priorities, plan strategically, and coordinate their actions.
Yasmeen has successfully helped leaders launch and implement Lean Startup concepts such as the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), agile development, and design thinking. Most recently, Yasmeen has helped cross-agency efforts by establishing the concept of an MVP culture throughout the public sector.
Yasmeen has a BA from Georgetown University, as well as an MBA in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School. She is a former Board Member for the Organization Development Network from 2012 to 2015 and 2017 award winner for her service to the field.
